Good News

If you have not checked the Phillips Phamily blog in while let me tell you some good news~
Kanyon is doing good!! Praise God!! I am so glad that he is doing well. His lungs are holding up right now and they have started giving him Jaymie's milk. Over the past 24 hours he has been stable and is processing and digesting the milk very well. Thank you God for wonderful news.

On another note. Jaymie is being released from the hospital today. It will be hard to be away when your baby is still there. Please continue to remember this family in your prayers.

Please continue to pray for Kanyon, Jaymie, and Kory as they all need our prayers right now.

Also, Please pray for Jay and Gay, Clint and Rachel, and Clay and Maurine as they all could use some strength. It is just hard to watch people you love go through hard times. We wish we could take the pain away but we can't, so please pray for strength.

Thanks for all the prayers so far - it is working!

Sad but Rejoicing

I am sad this morning to find out that Jayde is no longer here on earth with her family. I am rejoicing in the fact that she is at home with her heavenly father and no longer in any pain.

Please continue to pray for Kory and Jaymie. I know that the road ahead is a long one. They are strong Christians with wonderful support from friends and family.

Please pray for The Phillips' and Spencer's during this time and please continue to remember Kanyon in your prayers.

You can keep up with them on their blog Phillips Phamily

Thanks to all of you who have been praying for the twins. We do not have any new updates at this time. Rachel (Jaymie's sister-in-law) has set up a blog for the twins and the Phillips family. Please check in there and continue to pray for this sweet family.

More pictures

Here are more pictures from our last adventure. These are all still from Lamesa. There will be some coming from Paris as well.

Today is a beautiful day here in Iowa. We had some rain this morning and now it is a little overcast but in the 60's. We put the windows up today and turned the heat off. I love this time of year. I love when I can put up the windows and let the air in. My tulips are starting to make an appearance. I am ready for SPRING!!!
Boys? The Beck clan was once overrun with girls (yes you heard me right - girls) no longer. The boys now have the number. Below is a picture of three cousins and their boys. The two newest ones are one day apart. (Korbin and Tanner)
Brazos enjoying his time of freedom (he found his brothers cup)
Dad what are you doing? I want to hold you!! Put that baby down.

And there are more . . .

ewa

I still have pictures that I need to post. So today is just some random pictures that I had on my camera. Enjoy!

Dad and Braxton spending special time together after our Friday lunch with Dad at work. Braxton LOVES to eat lunch with Dad at work.

Brazos playing with one of his new favorite toys - a balloon. He loves to attack it and then play tease with dad. He is really getting big.

Brazos playing with the tractors at Dad's desk. he also likes to go to eat lunch with Dad at work - although his favorite part is to roam the halls and see how many people come to find him.

Braxton playing with all the cool toys at Dad's desk - the steering wheel is a favorite.

Melissa - the administrative assistant at Dad's work loves to give the boys candy when we walk in the door. She is quickly earning BONUS points with Braxton. He loves to so see her!

This is one of Brazos' favorite places to play. If you open the door for anything his radar goes off and he gets there as fast as he can. He loves to climb in and see how long he can hang out before one of those big mean people pull him out.

Another picture of the same thing - he is just so dang cute!

Dad and Braxton playing cowboy. Braxton likes to go get his hat and pretend like he is feeding the sheep. He likes to get on his horse and ride. His new favorite moving horse is dad.

Yet another picture of the same thing.

I love to show off this wonderful family.
These three boys are precious to me. Thanks for sharing in our memories.

Lego Fun

Braxton has really been into Lego lately. He loves to build things only to turn around and destroy them. Uncle Karl built him a barn and he played with it and his tractor for a long time. After he broke that one down we built another one. Just a large barn - he and Brazos played for a long time and then it was time for it to come down again.
Fast forward . . . to a boys night. The girls were out for Ladies Night Out and we came home to the lovely tractor and plow courtesy of Andy (dad) and Karl. There was a farmer and everything. Once they turned Braxton loose on this it took about 24 hours before it was in 100 pieces. Who said legos were just for kids??
